Governing Corporate Communication & API Usage • February 16, 2026
1. Agreement Scope
This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the access to and use of the BulkWhatsappInore platform, APIs, and dashboard tools. By clicking "I Accept" or utilizing the API, the Customer (Business Entity) agrees to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
"BulkWhatsappInore is a purely B2B platform. We do not offer services to individual consumers or for personal use."
2. Legal Definitions
The Platform
The collective API infrastructure, routing nodes, and dashboard UI provided by Infozy.
Traffic
Any payload, including text, media, or interactive buttons, sent via the Customer's API key.
Wallet
The prepaid credit ledger used to settle Meta Conversation charges in real-time.
Meta Fees
Direct charges from WhatsApp Inc based on 24-hour conversation windows.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Use of the Service for the following activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:
Prohibited Verticals
- • Unlicensed Financial Services & Loans
- • Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)
- • Adult Content & Gambling
- • Sale of Tobacco, Alcohol or Firearms
Traffic Standards
- • No automated scraping
- • No misleading "Official" impersonation
- • No malware or phishing payloads
- • No political voter suppression campaigns
6. Meta API Infrastructure
The Technical Intermediary Clause
BulkWhatsappInore acts as a Technical Service Provider for Meta's Cloud API. Our platform performance is inherently linked to Meta's availability.
7. Billing & Wallet Logic
We operate on a Hybrid Billing Engine: Subscription fees for platform access and Wallet deductions for Meta fees.

Guaranteed 98.5% Uptime
"Uptime is calculated monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance notified 48 hours in advance."
12. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INFOZY TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR BRAND REPUTATION ARISING FROM META'S DECISION TO TERMINATE A CUSTOMER'S WHATSAPP ACCOUNT.
INFOZY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
